To get started, quickly visit Crossloop wetsite or do the following steps.

1. Click on the 'Download' link
2. Once you have downloaded the software and installed it, you can launch the software by clicking on the CrossLoop icon
3) Have your friend or any family member click on the 'Join' tab if He/She would like to connect and control a friend's PC. Select the Host tab if you would like to temporarily share access to your PC
4) Share your Access Code from the "Host" tab and ask him/her to enter it in the space provided
5) Now both of you click on the "Connect" button
